At Miraej Studio PR, each order is carefully prepared with quality and care.

Custom Press-On Nails

Because every set is made to order, all custom press-on nail sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace or refund the affected item.
